Opening
PK5 Consultancy
From word of mouth to a firm businesses can find online.
A mobile-first website for a tax, accounting and advisory firm in Arusha, built to turn visitors into consultation requests and training bookings.
At a glance
The result
3 ways to reach PK5 from any page: a consultation form, WhatsApp and a call. Launching December 2026.
What I did
Design and build, solo, in about six weeks.
The problem
Businesses found PK5 only through referrals. There was no online home to be found or trusted from.

6 services

Launch, with GA4 tracking every consultation request
“I always wanted a site that would match the professional services I provide, and you were able to deliver above my expectations.”
What I learned: A client website earns its keep by moving people to act. Ending every page with a clear next step mattered more than any single visual.

Question
Why a page for every service?
Visitors arrive with one problem. A page for each of the six services lets them see it named and act on it.
Question
Why WhatsApp on every page?
Most clients are on phones and need answers fast, so WhatsApp, a call or the form is always one tap away.
03 The story behind it
Businesses in Tanzania find tax help through referrals. PK5 had no online home to be found or trusted from.
Clients struggled to find a qualified, TRA-authorized consultant quickly, or to know which service covered their problem: VAT, PAYE, BRELA or payroll.
PK5 struggled to be found online, explain six service lines in one place, and capture enquiries outside office hours.
Finding a tax consultant, before
01
Get a letter from TRA you don’t understand
02
Ask around for someone who can help
03
Wonder whether they’re qualified and discreet
04
Wait for office hours to call
05
Watch the deadline get closer while you wait
From the PK5 brief and client personas
“Clients lack a convenient, trustworthy way to find and contact a tax professional.”
Bringing it into focus
The real need: name each client’s problem, prove PK5 can be trusted, and make contact one tap away.
What we kept seeing
Who can help with this, and can I trust them?
The question behind every enquiry
What it needed
A page for every service, clear credentials, and WhatsApp, a call or a form on every page.
